    Pretreatment System: Protecting the Main Purification Unit

    The pretreatment stage is crucial for preparing the raw water and protecting the sensitive reverse osmosis membranes downstream.

    Robust Clamping System
    The process begins with the Raw Water Tank, which stores the incoming water and ensures a consistent supply to the system. The Feed Pump then provides the necessary pressure to push water through the subsequent filtration stages.

    Multi-media Filter
    This filter, often filled with layers of sand and gravel, is designed to remove suspended solids, silt, rust, and other coarse particles from the water.

    Activated Carbon Filter
    This component is vital for removing chlorine, chloramines, organic matter, and unpleasant tastes and odors, which can otherwise damage the RO membranes.

    Water Softener / Antiscalant Dosing System
    To prevent scaling on the RO membranes, this stage removes calcium and magnesium ions (which cause hardness) either through an ion-exchange resin softener or by automatically injecting a scale inhibitor.

    Final Disinfection & Bottling System: Ensuring Product Safety

    After purification, the water is prepared for bottling.


     Ozone Generator or UV Sterilizer: To ensure the water is microbiologically safe and to prevent microbial growth in the bottled product, a final disinfection step is employed.  Ozone generators are highly effective, using a powerful oxidizing agent to sterilize the water.  Alternatively, UV Sterilizers use ultraviolet light to destroy bacteria and viruses.


     Pure Water Tank: This tank stores the finished, purified water. It is often equipped with an air breather vent to prevent airborne contaminants from re-entering the sterile water.


     Automatic Bottling Line: The treated water is then conveyed to an automated washing-filling-capping machine for bottling and packaging.
