Bottled Water Production Line
This is the heart of the production line. Instead of having separate machines, this advanced integrates three critical steps into one continuous system. It first blow-molds PET preforms into finished bottles, then immediately fills them with treated water, and finally applies and tightens the caps. This "one-step" process is highly hygienic because the newly formed bottles are filled and sealed immediately, drastically reducing the risk of contamination. It also saves significant factory floor space and reduces energy consumption compared to stand-alone machines.
Automatic Labeling Machine
After the bottles are filled and capped, they are conveyed to the labeling station. Here, an automatic labeler accurately applies product labels—whether front, back, or wrap-around labels—at high speed. This ensures every bottle has a clean, professional, and brand-consistent appearance.
Film Wrapping Machine
The final stage in the line is bundling individual bottles into multi-packs. A film wrapping machine, or multi-packer, groups bottles together and securely wraps them in a transparent or printed plastic shrink film. This not only makes the products more convenient for consumers to carry but also creates stable pallet loads for efficient distribution and retail display.
