In a standard production process, typically only 1-2 operators are needed to handle the main tasks. Their core responsibilities include continuous preform loading, routine monitoring of the equipment's operating status, and quality sampling of the final products. To help your team quickly master the equipment, after on-site installation and commissioning are completed, we will dispatch our technical personnel to provide comprehensive training ranging from theoretical explanations to hands-on practice. This ensures that operators are familiar with the basic procedures, interface controls, and key points of daily maintenance. The specific staffing requirements and operational complexity will ultimately depend on the level of automation you select, the production line layout, and subsequent production cycle management needs.
