Does Faygo Union have local service centers and spare parts warehouses? If issues arise, can spare parts be shipped directly from local inventory?

Currently, we have not established dedicated local service centers and spare parts warehouses directly operated by the company in the global market. At this stage, for equipment installation, commissioning, and after-sales support, we primarily rely on our professional technical team based at our headquarters in China, providing responses to customers through remote guidance and international direct shipping of emergency spare parts. We fully recognize the importance of building a localized service network for enhancing customer experience and regard it as a medium- to long-term development plan. As our regional distributor and partner network continues to expand and deepen globally, we plan to gradually evaluate and establish company-certified authorized technical service points and common spare parts storage warehouses in key market regions or industrial cities where business is relatively concentrated. These authorized service points are intended to provide faster on-site diagnostics, basic maintenance, technical training, and replacement support for common spare parts. We will carefully and progressively advance this plan in phases based on the development of specific markets, aiming to deliver a more convenient and efficient service experience for you in the future.
